We’ve come from construction backgrounds our entire lives. Many of us started in commercial roofing right out of high school. Some transitioned into the restaurant business, quickly stepping into management roles. Others left to explore and learn new trades — diving into both commercial and residential flooring.

Along the way, members of our team slowed down in one area to master another, gaining skills in custom fabrication and powder-coating. We’ve worked in city government, handling storm water management, signage and pavement markings, mowing operations, and even leading tree maintenance crews.

There’s always been a natural pull within our team to lead, to grow, and to seek out what’s next. Over time, we’ve expanded into insurance, sales, commercial flooring ownership, local semi-driving, high-end residential construction, and property restoration supervision.
